Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase you make through us unless specifically stated otherwise on our product pages or readers offer advertisements. We make every effort to service the order(s) placed with us as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each product. The Delivery of your product shall be governed by this Policy:
- Once the customer has successfully placed an order for a product on the Website/Application, the same shall be dispatched within 1-21 working days; however, this may be slightly increased depending on the shipping address of the customer. The order can be tracked from the ‘My Account’ section on the Floma Website/Application.
- Free shipping facility is given only to the products which are to be delivered within the territory of India and not outside.
- Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon shipment facility available with us.
- We suggest that you should give full and complete address with proper pin code of the state to avoid returns and penalty charges. Please do note that courier companies charge penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address or pin code do not match. Such type of charges and penalties shall be borne by you and not us to the courier company.
- You agree that charges of re-shipment of the same order will be payable by you.
- Rectification/change of address will only be allowed before dispatch of your order. Once your order is dispatched rectification/change of address will not be granted.
- We will not be responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete address.
- If the Courier Company fails to deliver; you do not suffer any loss.
- You agree that you solely will be responsible and in no way shall we be held responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial or direct or indirect damages to the package after being left at your address by postal/courier agencies.
- The delivery shall be done by the partners of Floma and they shall work to provide you the same at the earliest.
- The Customer shall not be entitled to return the product to the delivery person in the event that he/she wants to return the product. The process of return and exchange shall be governed by our return and refund policy. The delivery shall be deemed to be completed once the delivery partner has intimated the Company that the product has been delivered successfully on the required address.
